schedule all showings after pre-qualifying prospects.
After
a rental application is completed- we will check references.
Walk throughs will be scheduled; condition of property will be documented.
Security deposits are made payable to you the landlord, not us.
We will structure and negotiate the lease. If you wish to sell we will
also structure a "Lease/Option" and do our best to get tenant's loan approved through Wells Fargo.
We are also very affordable... Our fee? 1st month rent... The other 11
months of a twelve month lease go to you.
How long does it take? Because of the efficiencies we have in place, we can commonly
have a house leased within 45-days.
