• We will schedule all showings after pre-qualifying prospects.
• After a rental application is completed- we will check references.
• Walk throughs will be scheduled; condition of property will be documented.
• Security deposits are made payable to you the landlord, not us.
• We will structure and negotiate the lease. If you wish to sell we will also structure a "Lease/Option" and do our best to get tenant's loan approved through Wells Fargo.
• We are also very affordable... Our fee? 1st month rent... The other 11 months of a twelve month lease go to you.
• How long does it take? Because of the efficiencies we have in place, we can commonly have a house leased within 45-days.
