STEP 2: After you are contacted by an agent, we will schedule appts to see the homes of your choice. Our services to you ARE FREE. We will negotiate the terms of the lease for you, help with the walk thru, assist with getting utilities transferred, etc. And if you desire, negotiate a "Lease/ Option" should you desire to buy your home at lease expiration. We can get you pre-approved for your loan with Wells Fargo.
STEP 3: When you have chosen a home for lease, complete the RENTAL APPLICATION (below). And pay the $55 application fee on PayPal...
STEP 4: Once approved, with lease agreement signed, we will assist w/ utilities and you move in!
